Bailey’s Buds began long before there was a name for it.
For years, Gus Bailey worked close to the plant. He learned it, tended it, and refined a way of growing that valued patience over speed and care over convenience. That path was not always easy. It was not always visible. But it shaped a standard that never changed.
The work did not begin when it became easy to talk about.
When the chance came to build something openly, the family came together and carried that work forward. An old mill in Dracut was restored. A space was built where that same approach could continue.
We are not here to rush things or chase trends.
We are here to do the work properly, because it matters, and because it always has.
What you see now is simply that same commitment, shared more openly.
